- Using high quality gelatin, we have developed artificial shark fin, which is a foodstuff used as a substitute for natural shark fin. Products have superior texture and nutritional value, and because they are manufactured under strict quality control, and by using only raw materials from Japanese manufacturers, buyers can supply them to consumers with peace of mind.
Our sales division handles and sells noodles, such as "Sanuki udon" and "somen", which are made in Japan's major noodle production area of Kagawa prefecture, seasoning agents for Japanese cooking, agricultural products, processed fishery products, craft products, and horticultural products. Furthermore, we are able to respond to buyer's requests and search for hard-to-find, high quality, easily marketable foodstuffs domestically in Japan.
